pp板材管在儲藏搬運過程中需要注意：

1、pp板材管管材應(yīng)水平堆放在平整的地上，應(yīng)避免彎曲管材，堆置高度不得超過1.5m，管件應(yīng)逐層碼堆，不宜疊得過高。

1. PP sheet pipes shall be stacked horizontally on flat ground, bending pipes shall be avoided, stacking height shall not exceed 1.5m, pipe fittings shall be stacked layer by layer, not too high.

2、管材和管件應(yīng)放在通風(fēng)******的庫房或簡易棚內(nèi)，不得露天存放，防止陽光直射，注意防火安全，距離熱源不得小于1m。

3、搬運管材和管件時，應(yīng)小心輕放，避免油污，嚴(yán)禁劇烈撞擊，嚴(yán)禁與尖銳物品碰觸和拋、摔、滾、拖。

pp板材管在施工過程中要確保提供的pp板材管材和管件應(yīng)符合設(shè)計規(guī)定，并附有產(chǎn)品說明書和質(zhì)量合格證書。在使用前一定要對pp板材進行技術(shù)鑒定或者復(fù)檢，杜***使用質(zhì)量有異有損壞跡象的管材。
